The HMS management team have been involved in the structuring and launch of different fund management businesses and are always happy to provide guidance to new and emerging fund managers on their servicing capabilities.
As the bridging/development market grows at a considerable pace, we are keen to be at the forefront of the industry’s evolving servicing needs.
In addition to helping with servicing their borrower clients, we also work with bridge lenders to assist with their fund needs by providing the portfolio transparency required by banks and other institutional investors, via our loan administration platform.
The HMS team has built a reputation for supporting many of the UK’s blue-chip housebuilders with the servicing of their (pre-Help to Buy) shared equity mortgage portfolios.
With many of these portfolios now entering their final term, the experience and specialism of our special servicing team adds significant value to our housebuilder clients, allowing them to realise their investment and release capital to support their housebuilding objectives.
As a tech-focused firm, we are always keen to embrace new businesses disrupting established business models through technology – specifically those disintermediating the real estate lending market.
We have worked with FinTechs offering short term bridging/development finance, as well as those with long-dated mortgage portfolios offering Shared Equity Mortgage origination, and can support P2P lenders.
