As part of your transfer you should have already received a welcome letter from us, if you haven’t received this yet then please contact us on 020 3675 9959 so we can arrange for this to be sent out. The welcome letter contains important information regarding the transfer of your mortgage and sets out a number of items for your review, but it is worth noting that your original mortgage conditions remain the same as originally agreed with your lender. We want to ensure new customers of HMS are unaffected during the mortgage transfer process.
