Tariff of Charges – From 1st April 2025
This information provides a Tariff of charges for services provided by Hampton Mortgage Servicing Limited on Rezide Equity Loans
This leaflet sets out charges that may be applicable during the mortgage term. We have tried to explain when the charges will apply, and the processes involved in providing the services and facilities.
Please note that all fees include VAT where appropriate.
FEES PAYABLE BY HMS CUSTOMERS
Account Management Fee – £5.00 per month
This fee includes but is not limited to:
- payment collection fees which include retry on any unpaid or returned direct debit payment
- provision of annual statement
- managing part re-payments
- redemption statement
- assisting with any enquiries related to your Shared Equity Mortgage
- charge removal

Deed of Postponement – £115.00
This fee applies when a Deed of Postponement is necessary. It covers additional administrative charges for liaising with solicitors and completing the forms.
Property Letting – £90.00
Subletting is not allowed, except in exceptional circumstances. This fee covers the cost of reviewing and managing the correspondence related to this subject.
** This fee is subject to a fixed increase of £1.50 every 5 years.
For example: on the fifth anniversary of the loan the fee will increase to £6.50 per month
on the tenth anniversary of the loan the fee will increase to £8.00 per month
